Preparing the construction site marked the first practical stage in the development of OM Apartments. Before beginning the main building works, we cleared and organised the area and completed the necessary preliminary preparations.

The first step was installing a secure perimeter fence to control access to the construction site and ensure the safety of the area.

Surveying work was then carried out to provide accurate measurements and establish the precise site layout required for construction in line with the project documentation.

Our team also completed an additional round of site clearance, removing vegetation, debris and any other obstacles that could interfere with the next stages of work.
