Buddha Club House: Latest Construction Update
We’re happy to share another update from the Buddha Club House construction site. Work is moving ahead in several areas, with the team now focused on the foundations of the future complex.
The current phase is called Secondary Piles. Piles are reinforced concrete supports installed deep into the ground to keep the building stable. Once they are in place, they are connected to create a strong base for the complex.
In one part of the site, the piles on the right-hand side have already been installed. Drilling is still underway on the left, where the next precast piles will be placed.

In another area, the team has cleaned the pile heads, which are the top sections that will support the structure above. The next step is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam. This beam will connect the piles and hold them together as one solid structure.
The team is now assembling the beam’s reinforcement frame from steel bars. Concrete will later be poured around this frame to make the beam strong and stable.
Work is also underway on the concrete capping beam. It connects the individual piles and helps spread the weight of the future building evenly. Different areas of the site are currently at different stages, so several parts of the project can move forward at the same time.

Strength Tested Directly on Site
All piles used at Buddha Club House are made in a factory according to the project specifications. The concrete structures are also checked directly on site.
The team recently carried out a Hammer Test. This test uses a special instrument to measure the strength of concrete without damaging it. The tested element recorded 70 MPa, which is a high strength reading.
Avalon is a developer in Bali that checks the quality of materials and workmanship throughout construction. This is especially important at the current stage, when the main structural elements of the building are being created.
What Buddha Club House Will Offer
Buddha Club House is being built in Berawa, close to the ocean. The complex will have a rooftop swimming pool, restaurant, private cinema, meditation space and underground parking.
Most of the current work is happening underground, so the progress is less visible than it will be when the floors begin to rise and work starts on the façade. Even so, this is one of the most important parts of the build. We’ll keep sharing updates and showing how Buddha Club House is progressing step by step.
