OM Club House: Final Checks

From the outside, OM Club House already looks almost complete. The team is now testing the engineering systems, reviewing the work already done and taking care of the remaining details. At this stage, every piece of equipment needs to be checked and any issues resolved while work is still underway. This will help ensure that the complex is ready for use once construction is complete.

Ceilings Removed for Electrical Checks

A PLN transformer has now been installed to supply electricity to the complex. Once it was in place, specialists carried out a full inspection of the electrical network and found several issues that needed attention.

Some of the wiring runs above the ceilings. To reach it, sections of the ceiling were temporarily removed in several areas. A specially trained team is now making the necessary corrections. Once the work is complete, the entire electrical network will be tested again.

This additional check will confirm that all connections have been installed correctly and that any issues are resolved before the ceilings are restored and the finishing work is completed.

Lift Testing Has Begun

The team has also started commissioning the lift. During this stage, the installed equipment is adjusted and tested before it is put into service.

Specialists are checking the lift and its main systems to make sure everything works properly and safely.

What the Deep Cleaning Revealed

Cleaning has been completed on the rooftop and the third and fourth floors. At this stage, it also helps the team assess the quality of the completed work.

Construction dust can hide small defects on walls, floors and other surfaces. Once everything is clean, these issues are easier to spot. The team can then inspect each area closely, prepare a list of anything that still needs attention and begin fixing it straight away.

Lobby Materials Approved

The materials for the lobby have now been approved. They will shape the finished look of the entrance area, and the team can now move ahead with the next stage of work in this part of the complex.

The team is carefully checking everything that has already been completed, from wiring hidden above the ceilings to surfaces previously covered in construction dust. The aim is to find and fix any remaining issues now, before the work comes to an end.
