Engineering Works Completed at OM Project
A key construction milestone has been achieved at the OM Club House site — the full installation and connection of essential engineering systems. This important step paves the way for the next stage: interior finishing and equipment installation.
The completed works include:
— power supply and lighting systems,
— water supply and sewage systems,
— ventilation, drainage, and climate control preparation,
— infrastructure for smart home technology and security systems.
All systems have been tested and comply with both Indonesian building regulations and international quality standards.
OM is a boutique residential complex designed for a limited number of residents, with a strong focus on privacy, aesthetics, and investment appeal. The project is located in Berawa, the most sought-after area of Canggu, surrounded by top-tier restaurants, beaches, and global-standard infrastructure.
The unique concept integrates modern architecture, well-thought-out layouts, and premium amenities. The completion of the engineering stage confirms that construction is progressing strictly on schedule, with a strong emphasis on quality and long-term property value.
Next up — interior finishing, façade installation, and landscaping. Stay tuned — we’ll soon be revealing the first glimpses of OM Club House’s future appearance.
