We are pleased to share an important infrastructure update for OM Apartments. Thanks to an agreement with the owner of the neighbouring property, future residents will benefit from two convenient access points to and from the development.

When planning the project, we focused not only on architecture but also on making everyday life as convenient as possible for future residents. As part of this approach, we initiated discussions with the neighbouring landowner to secure an additional access road to the property.

This agreement will provide convenient entry and exit in both directions, improving accessibility and making travel to and from OM Apartments more efficient.

A Practical Improvement for Everyday Living

The additional access point will help distribute traffic more efficiently and provide greater convenience for both residents and their visitors.
